Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A. Generally we pack our goods in neutral cardboard box and paper cartons or wooden box. If you would like we to print your logo on product, please send us your logo AI file. 1pcs in a box, two boxes or four boxes in one carton.
Q2. How about your lead time?
A. Generally it takes 15 to 45 days after receiving your deposit payment. The specific production time depends on the items and quantity of your order. Certainly if we have in stock, we can arrange package and delivery shortly.
Q3. Can you produce according to my samples?
A. Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can produce molds and fixtures as per your sample. Besides finished steering rack, we also support to customize valve sleeve, torsion bar, input shaft, pinion, rack etc.
Q4. What is your sample policy?
A. We can supply sample if we have in stock, customer is supposed to pay the sample cost and the delivery fee.
Q5. Do you test all goods before delivery?
A. Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, if necessary we can send inspection report before shipping.
