1.Can you make a sample pin,before finalizing my order?
A:Yes,after we received the mold fee we'll start making samples for you.
2.How do you determine the price of a customized pin?
A:The main factors that affect the price of a pin are,size,quantity,style of the pin and the number of colors.
3.How long does it take to make a pin?
A:Usually 10-15 days after you confirmed art proof.
4.Do I need to pay the mold fee again when reorder?
A:No,you don't.We'll keep the mold 2-3 years for you,you can use it again later.
5.Can you make items,like glitter,glow in the dark and other items?
A:Yes,we can.As long as you want,we can do anything for you.
6.How will you ship my order?
A:FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT,or other you want.
7.I have no artwork,can you help?
A:Yes,absolutely!We offer Free art and design services with every order.
8.Will I receive an art proof before you produce my pins?
A:Yes,we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins untill we get your approval of the
