Q. What is your lead time?
A: No lead time for in-stock products. Most of the products can be sent out within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Q.What are your packing terms? A: As a rule, we use neutral white cases and brown cartons.
Q. What is your warranty?
A: 90 days after goods have been received. Our products will be 100% tested before they are sent out.

Q. What is the Shipping & Delivery?
A: 1.Normally we use Express-such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, HONGKONG POST. It is door-to-door, usually 3-7 days for the delivery.
2. By China Post. It takes 20-60 days for the delivery.
If it is urgent, we would suggest you choose Express delivery(The fast one).
If it is not that urgent, you may choose China post. It is slower but much cheaper. Please contact with us otherwise.

Q. How to get samples? A: Samples are available. Normally we take 2 days to arrange sample. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge samples cost and post courier freight.
