Structural principle
The material enters the equipment through the inlet, and according to different material screening requirements, the material passes through 1-5 layers of metal woven screen mesh with different mesh numbers, in this process, the screen cleaning device (bouncing ball) under the screen mesh in each layer continuously hits the screen mesh through frequency vibration, so that the material on the screen mesh can be smoothly screened through the mesh, and effectively solve the problem of material blockage, and the material with different mesh numbers passes through the After each layer of the corresponding mesh screen, in each layer of the discharge port, and finally achieve the purpose of screening out the miscellaneous or filtering classification.
