1. If the vacuum don’t take up the dust,please confirm that whether the dust bin (not water tank) is installed in the vacuum, and confirm that the mop frame is removed, if the water tank and mop frame are installed in the vacuum, motor will not work, and no vacuuming

2. Automatic recharge function: before starting the vacuum, please putting the vacuum on the charging piles,and starting the vacuum,(if you put the vacuum on other places,it will not go back to the charging piles, you need to press a button on the remote to make it return to the charging piles)

When the power is less than 20%, the vacuum stops cleaning and looks for charging piles,if the house is too big, the vacuum may run out of power and can not return to the charging station while looking for the charging station.
