Processing Methods
Color-coated aluminum coil is an aluminum coil substrate, which is made by surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), coating in a continuous method (roller coating method), and baking and cooling. Workshop & Factory
In the entrance section, the raw aluminum coils are sent to the production line, and are smoothed by a flattening machine. This step ensures that the product has good flatness, and the aluminum coils enter the storage rack. There are two reels here to ensure that one of them has a good flatness. Always in a standby state to maintain the continuity of the production line.
Then, the storage rack is emptied, and the production line continues to run, which drives the subsequent procedures. During pretreatment, the aluminum coil is repeatedly cleaned by water spray, which can improve the anti-corrosion performance of the product and is customized according to customer needs, and the protective film is attached with conventional additional information.
The main production process of the common two-coating and two-baking type continuous color coating unit is:
uncoiler-------stitching machine------pressing roller------tensioning machine---- Uncoiling looper-----alkali degreasing----cleaning----drying-----passivation-----drying------initial coating -------Preliminary coating drying------Topcoat fine coating------Topcoat drying------Air cooling and cooling------Rewinding looper -----Rewinder-----(The lower roll is packed and put into storage).
