Product Description
R985 is a modified polyurethane adhesive that reacts with a curing agent at room temperature to form a rubber elastic body after curing. It is used for bonding wood, leather, fabric, paper, cement, concrete, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.

Application
It is suitable for bonding the floor leather of trains, buses, automobiles, vehicles, machinery and equipment to the floor of the carriages.
It is suitable for the insulation and decoration integrated board industry: such as the bonding of Sandwich Panel,Insulation Panel,inorganic boards, aluminum honeycomb panels, glass steel and various
insulation materials. It has good adhesion to the surface of metal, wood, plastic and hard foam materials.

Note: All mechanical and electrical properties are measured after 7 days curing at 25 ℃ and 55% humidity.
Operation process
1. Clean the surface: clean the surface of the stick, remove rust, dust, moisture and oil;
2. Sizing: cut the nozzle, put it into the gun, squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface, and make it evenly distributed (or put it into the gap);
3. Bonding and sealing: the bonding must be carried out within 20 minutes after the application of glue, and the glued surface can be closed and fixed;
4. Curing: can achieve the highest strength with room temperature curing for 24 hours. The curing will be faster when the
temperature is high in summer and slower when the temperature is low in winter.
