Finishing Mill/Mono Block Mill 
Mill stand use top crossed 45℃ composition form to achieve no twisting, no contact axis, little axis and shock for equipment,
besides, it decrease the center of gravity height, the stability increased as well, while, the total weight has decreased and it
is very easy to maintain. Ten stands are concentrated transmission.
●Roll frame is composed of roller box, bevel gearbox and spare parts of bevel gearbox.
●Roller box and bevel gearbox adopt outside combinational instruction.
●Roller loop is tungsten carbide, it is connected on the cantilever roll shaft, we use the specific hydraulic changing roll
equipment to replace roll loop, it is convenient and easy.



3 # Flying Shear

Flying shear is composed of transmission equipment, cutting support base, and upper & lower spindle. The upper spindle has
an optical-electricity-encoder to control the start-stop position of the shear blade in the processing of the cutting. The flying
shear is after conveying guide groove, it’s for cutting head of rolled piece and emergency accident.
As the head and rear part of the rolling parts have some defect or the temperature of steel is too low, the flying shear needs to cut the head and rear to ensure the quality of the rolling parts before it gets into the finishing mill.

TMT Quenching System
The Function of the Vertical Looper: The tension fluctuation caused by the dynamic interference of the wire rod in the high-speed rolling process, which leads to the fluctuation of the rolling size, the vertical looper can eliminate part of the tension to ensure the rolling accuracy of the rolled sheet.
The Structure of the Vertical Looper; the vertical looper is composed of a set-up roller, a support roller and a looper groove driven by a cylinder. The set-up roll is used to help form the sleeve, and the side wall is used to support the rolling piece forming the vertical sleeve. The sleeve is installed in a central column, which is easy to rotate and open to adjust the guide guard of the rolling mill.
The cylinder diameter of the set-up roller is φ160mm; the stroke is 200mm.
The working height of the looper is 100mm above the rolling center line.
The maximum height of the looper is 400mm above the rolling center line.



Walking Beam Cooling Bed
The equipment of the walking beam cooling bed area includes multi-lengths flying shear run-out roller table, cooling bed run-in roller table, cooling bed frame, alignment roller, transfer trolley, and cooling bed run-out roller table.
Walking beam cooling bed consists of the following main parts: cooling bed transmission device, moving beam, static beam, moving beam bracket, static beam pillar, moving rack, and static rack. The cooling bed transmission device includes motor, reducer, long shaft, and eccentric wheel.
