Manufacturing Technique
Unibody drilliing
The loading shaft is made by high quality alloy steel-40 CrMo and heating processed, it is unibody without welding but the costs is expensive.
Back side
Unibody driliing also offer better flatness to prevent vacuum leakage during work.
Welding parts
The welding parts is much cheaper than Unibody drilling, the temperature from welding changed the metal hardness and make it easy broken.

Main components:
1. Steel frame: Good quality steel material in stable welded and screwed. Length 1000mm, width 600mm
2. Vacuum Pump: Taiwan Vacutronics,type CV-35，1 cbm/h, 12V DC, 90w,Max vacuum level up to 85%
3. A rectangle sponge suction pads of dimensions 800*400, Mounted on the main frame
4. vacuum system was composed of the below components:
* An independent safety tank and a Non-return valve to ensure a long keeping time in case power failure.
* A “Red-Green” vacuum meter mounted in front of device.
* A Digital vacuum switch to detect the vacuum level and adjust the vacuum level by button.
5. A special-made 3/2 way hand switch valve used for manual controlling the “grab-release”,
6. The device has an integrated warning unit EW0 with acoustic signal. It runs on a battery and chargeable independent of power
supply. In case of a power failure or if the vacuum drops below 60% a howler starts.
7. A mechanical tilting unit with spring locks for the panel from 0-90º
8. A mechanical tilting unit with spring locks for endless rotation in vertical, the lock positioned every 90 degrees
9. A battery of DC12V, 12Ah which used as power supply, a charger of 220V equipped for the lifter
