XBH-A is a kind of heat conduction filling material that has begun to soften the phase change in 45-55℃. The heat conduction phase change material has the special material of softening microflow after heat absorption and restoring solid state shape after cooling;
XBH-A room temperature is solid flake, beyond the phase transition temperature is fluid, with excellent wettability and compressibility, can be cut into various sizes according to customer requirements, attached to the radiator and power consumption electronic devices.
Fill the gap between heat sources and radiators to minimize thermal resistance;XBH-A has high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance and excellent reliability.
