OK-QGF 3-in-1 Unit 5 Gallon Filling Production Line
This filling line is specially for 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water, with type QGF-100, QGF-240, QGF-300, QGF-450, QGF 600, QGF-900, QGF-1200. It integrates bottle washing,filling and capping into one unit.In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing .
The washing machine uses automatic liquid spray .This line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterile. It also can automatically carry out barrel, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging,with complete function, modern design and high degree of automation.
It is a new kind of barreled water auto-producing line, which integrates mechanism, electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

Filling Heads
1. The filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, and the automatic exhaust filling valve is opened one by one for filling.
2. The filling time is set by PLC, and the filling time can be corrected by using the panel multi-function button according to the liquid level, so as to achieve the best position.
3. After filling to the liquid level, the excess water returns to the pure water tank through the automatic drain to reduce the waste of pure water.

1. Panasonic PLC programmable controller control system is adopted to automatically run the editing program through high-definition touch screen.
