Structural features:
1.The equipment is composed of a set of electrical control system, a homogeneous mixing pot and a beautiful stainless steel (aluminum alloy) platform.
2.This series of mixing pots are heated with heat transfer oil or steam, insulated with rock wool and wrapped with stainless steel jacket as a whole, so as to save heat loss, avoid personnel scald and keep beautiful and tidy.
3.The mixing pot adopts an advanced scraper agitator. During operation, it depends on the action of centrifugal force. The Teflon scraper is close to the pot wall, which can effectively solve the problem of sticking materials without leaving dead corners. With stepless speed regulation device, the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 0-80rpm. The homogenizer is placed at the bottom of the mixing pot, and the powerful balanced isotactic curve rotor cooperates with the finishing stator to realize high-speed (conventional 2900rpm, frequency converter can be selected to adjust the speed linearly) shearing, grinding and crushing under the precise cooperation. The material paste can be fully fine and shiny.
