Q2: Can you accept OEM/ODM?
A2: Yes, we can make your own designs,colors,sizes and package. Please just send us your
specific requirements.
Q3.How do you guarantee the quality?
A3: We have our own inspection team, if the defective rate is above 2%, we will take the
responsibility for any quality problems caused by our side. And you can also have your
appointed inspectors or 3rd party companies to do the inspection.
Q4: Can you offer sample before order placed?
A4: Yes, as long as we have stock, we can provide free samples for your confirm before place
the order. For new items or OEM items, will need sampling charge.
Q5: How long can I get the sample or goods?
A5: Generally, the sample time is 3-7days after order placed, and the lead time of bulk production
is 1 5-35days after you confirm the sample and order quantity.
Q6: How about the payment methods?
A6: 30% T/T paid as deposit, 70% T/T balance before shipment. Other conditions are negotiable.
