Soybean tissue protein equipment configuration: powder mixing machine → feeding machine → twin screw extruder → air feeding machine/lifting → five-layer electric oven → cooling and conveying → (packaging machine)
Process composition of tissue protein production equipment for
tissue protein production line:
1. Powder mixer: mixed additives such as low-temperature soybean meal, protein isolate and a certain proportion of water are fully and evenly mixed.
2. Feeding machine: transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder.
3. Expanding machine: After the raw materials enter the extrusion system from the feeder, particles are produced, and the mold is replaced to produce products of different sizes.
4. Hoist: deliver the product to the oven.
5. Multi-layer oven: remove certain moisture and prolong shelf life.
6. Cooling conveyor: cool to room temperature for easy packaging.
