• The working principle of the slicing machine is relatively simple, that is, by using the sharp cutting surface of the slicing machine, the object and the material are cut into slices according to a point ratio or width.The working principle is to use a heavy cutter head to act as a flywheel to stabilize slices. Another is to cut polymer strips into pellets. This requires a special slicer, which consists of a guide bar, a feeding roller, a pressure roller, and a rotating cutter head. The working principle is: the cutter head is driven by a continuously variable transmission, and the feed roller is driven by the cutter head through a set of changing gears, and the cutter head is equipped with multiple blades according to the cutting size. The change gear can be changed by oneself, the cutting length can be changed, and the stepless transmission can change the speed of the belt.
