Inspection and Maintenance
1. Before use, please check whether the components of the winch are firm, and whether the connection between the winch and the fixed platform (such as the tow hook) is reliable.
2. Please check whether the cable is safe and reliable before use.
3. Please test whether the automatic brake is effective before use.
4. Check whether there is grease at the worm gear meshing before use
5. Please check whether clutch mechanism works properly before use.
6. Check whether there are foreign bodies in the inner holes of the drum.
If there is any abnormality in the above check before use, please start working after ensuring normal recovery.
7. Keep the capstan clean. Do not expose the capstan to dust, salt, or other corrosive chemicals.
8. When winch parts need to be replaced, please contact your supplier to obtain special parts for winch. Do not replace them with general industrial and civil products, in order to avoid serious safety risks!
Please fully coat the cable with special grease before first use and after each clean use.
