-Low MOQ,1PCS for sample checking is available.

3.Is it OK to print my logo on led product?
-Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

4.What is your lead time?
-It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Usually we can ship within 15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.

5.What is the shipping method?
-It could be shipped by sea, by air or by express (EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

6.How to deal with the faulty?
-Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

7.How about payment methods?
