INSTRUCTION of eco solvent heat transfer vinyl
1. Create your own design / pattern on the computer
2. Adjust proper blade depth and cutting pressure.
3. Cut with the gloss side facing DOWN and the duller back of the vinyl facing up.
4. Weed away the excess vinyl, leaving your design on the carrier sheet.
5. Apply the design to your T-shirt with heat press at 135-145℃ for 6-10 seconds
(if you use a home iron, press it with firm pressure).
6. Wait for the vinyl to cool and gently peel off backing after few minutes.
Heat transfer process:
(1) Pressure: 4kg
(2)Transfer temperature:135-145℃
(3)Transfer time:6-10s
(4)Cold peeling
(5)Wash temperature:60degrees, 25 times
