Q. What is your MOQ for your products？
A. Usually 2pcs, you can mixed the different style.
Q. Can I get samples?
A. Sure. We can send the samples for free, but customers should pay for the freight cost. It will cost some sample charges for customized designs, but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q. How can i get samples?
A. We usually send samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or EMS. If you have shipping account, it will be fine to ship with your
account or forwarder in China; if not, we can use our own DHL or FEDEX account, or shipping company to ship to you within the less time. It always takes 3-7 days to reach you.
Q. How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?
A. We will confirm every production details with you before mass production. And when the production finished, you may indicate a QC to carry out the final inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you the photos and reports under your request.
Q. Is OEM/ODM order possible?
A. Yes, OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould needs to be setup, the mould charge will be on your account, which is refundable when your order quantity exceeds 10,000pcs.

A. We can customize as your special request. So any Pantone color is available. You just need to tell us your favorite Pantone color.
