Description
ZS-NJ-D959 W03G000Z is a flame-retardant one-component dealcoholization room temperature curing silicone sealant. This product has high strength and good adhesion, and has good adhesion to various metals such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.; it has superior dielectric properties and good heat resistance. The general use temperature range is -60°C to 200°C. During the curing process, alcohols are released, which is non-corrosive to materials such as polycarbonate (PC) and copper, and fully meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive.
Application
• Adhesive for power supply, fixing of connectors on circuit boards; sealing, fixing and shockproof of electronic components, such as high-voltage package, mid-periphery, electric plug, rectifier tube and capacitor joint protection
