PSA(pressure swing adsorption) nitrogen generation is implemented by the selective adsorb characteristic of CMS, and different adsorption capacity under different pressure.When pressure arise, the oxygen will be adsorbed because its faster expansion speed in the micropore structure of CMS, thus oxygen gas and nitrogen gas is separated. While pressure reduces, the oxygen is desorbed, and CMS regenerated. This cyclicoperation let the nitrogen generation in succession.
It widely used in industrial gas separation, recovery, purification, concentration and purification of impurities, in the petrochemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, coal, food industry hydrogen, transformation gas decarbonization, CO₂ concentration and make CO₂, CO, CO4 pressure shift adsorption engineering, achieved very significant economic and social benefits
