1.What Is the MOQ?
A : Our MOQ is 500sets for customized color box set.
The MOQ of the special product is 1000-3000pcs, for example customized holder, eletroplating color.
2. What Is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
3. How about your delivery time?
A : Generally, it will take 35 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
4. This Is my first time to purchase from China, how shall I start?
A : Step 1: we are glad to be your first supplier in China. After the price confirmed, we will send a sample to you if you need. We take PAYPAL.
Step 2: after sample quality confirmed, 30% deposite will transfer to our bank by your side, and we will start to produce. that will take about 35 to 45days according to the quantity.
Step 3: we will control the quanity for you all the time by our QC. after goods finished, we will send photos to you.
Step 4. we will ship the goods out after your QC check the goods.
Step 5: we will keep follow and good after sale service.
