EGS005 is an SPWM drive board based on EG8025 chip scheme. EG8025 is a digital analog integrated chip integrating current mode, center aligned PWM modulation mode and built-in two 600V half bridge high-voltage MOS drivers, which is specially used for high-performance inverter products.

EGS005 drive board can realize the characteristics of no-load waveform distortion rate less than 1.5%, full load waveform distortion rate less than 3% and high-precision output voltage, and can meet the waveform requirements of inverter industry.

EGS005 drive board provides complete protection functions, including DC bus overvoltage and undervoltage protection, AC output undervoltage protection, overload alarm prompt, overload protection indication, overcurrent protection indication, overtemperature protection indication and short circuit protection indication

The EGS005 driver board provides UART serial port communication function. The user can set configuration parameters and reset functions through the serial port, and can also read out the operation status and relevant data of the inverter through the serial port.
