Billets, Bars, slab induction heating systems include high efficiency electrical energy KGPS powers upply units ranges from 50KW to 50000KW,frequencies between 60 and 10,000 hertz,electro-magnetically shunted heating induction furnace coils assembled to the heating sensor, capacitor assembly bank,water cooled cables to supply unifom heating, temperature equalization heated billets, bars and blooms at the proper temperature before rolling mill operation.

The whole equipment finished full and completely covered by container to delivery. The equipment will fixed by our factory in container to prevent damaged by crash in the delivery process. Small capacity furnace packaged by Plywood Case or as customers' request.
