We mainly use superior quality polyester material which is cheap but durable. It is also soft which avoids any discomfort when wearing it.We also make other materials like nylon,satin etc.

Q3: What printing process avaliable to choose?

The printing techniques that commonly used are silkscreen printing, dye Sublimation, offset printing and Jacquard etc. all avaliable to choose.

Q4: I want to put my own logo on the lanyard, what I need to make the order?
If your have your own logo avaliable for the customize lanyard, please kindly send us the AI file logo, our designer will finish the artwork all according to your AI file. If it is not complicated, also we can finish the artwork using JPG file.

Q5: How do I check the quality of customize product?
Firstly we would confirm every details with you before order, once all the details confirmed, in around 3 days we produce the sample and send photos to you to check with the style and quality.After you check and agree, we would start mass production.

Q6: If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, within the time, you don't need to pay any mold fee for the same design.

Q7: What’s the delivery way? How long time I can get my order?
We mainly use DHL/FedEx/UPS for shipping. It normally takes 7-10 days shipping.
