This automatic gauze bandage rolling and cutting machine is used to cut jumbo gauze roll(e.g. width 120cm) and rewind to bandages,
both width and length of bandage are adjustable. The whole process adopt PLC control, rewind and take out bandages automatically.
Main features:
1. PLC control, bandage length can be adjusted easily
2. count bandage length automatically, automatic rewind, take out bandage
3. cross cutter cut bandage length automatically, cutting ends of bandage are even
4. pressure with cylinder, make sure rolling diameter be same
5. step motor driving, bandage length is counted accurately
6. aluminum alloy frame, nice look
7. automatic tension control, ensure product quality
8. adjustable lengthways cutters, easy to change product specification
