Q1. What is your MOQ?
-Normally our MOQ is 2000pcs. But we are happy to accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to advise us how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the extra cost correspondingly. Hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and experiencing our service.
Q2. Can I get samples?
-Sure, We usually provide existing sample for free. But some sample charge for custom designs and not existing sample. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, and we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Q3. How long is the sample lead time?
-For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own design, or it happen we have no existing samples, it takes about 1-4 weeks.
Q4. Can you make samples according to our own design?
-Sure. You can provide us your design to us and then we will estimate the price of the product and sample cost and advise it to you. If you think they are within your target price and product developing budget, we will then proceed with the sample.
Q5. Will our design be protected and exclusive to us?
-Sure. All the design from customer will be exclusive to the customer. And will never be sold to others or shown on the fair.
Q6. Do you have in-house designers?
-Yes. We have 3 in-house designers. You can advise us your new product idea, and our designer will create the effect pictures by STEP, IGS, PRT, etc. And also the technical drawing for your final confirmation.
Q7. How long is the production lead time?
-It takes 20-50 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q8. What is your payment term?
-Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
