Series PVC Wall Panel Making Machine is mainly used in PVC Wall Panel, PVC door & window profiled material,wide door plate, window plate, For different sectional surface and molds, twin conical screw extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc.
Capacity of main frame can be optionally chosen from 150-250 kgs/hour.

Automatic loader→double screw extruder machine→mould→vacuum calibration spraying platform→online lamination or hot stamping

1. The calcium powder required in the board formula can be increased up to 5%-25% and the required amount of the auxiliary
material decreased by 30%.
2. The products made using the PVC Wall Panel extrusion machine offer a fine appearance and uniform plasticization.
3. Through the use of a PID controller, the extrusion machine provides an automatic alarm in case of a problem with any component.
