The base package comes with interior/exterior finishes, fixtures, insulation, heat & AC, some models also include no-compromise kitchen, full-size bathroom, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer combo unit, and Velux skylight.
Q2: How much can I expect to pay for a prefab house?
Our base model price is as listed, no last minute add-ons and no hidden fees. The only price difference occurs with size of unit, customization of materials and layouts, “off grid” capabilities and technological or structural additions. At RooJoo, we have an On-time In-Budget’ philosophy.
Q3: How to install on-site?
All parts are marked with numbers, with easy-to-follow instructions, so less skilled people can do the work. Our prefab house is engineered to be assembled quickly, so your building crew can set the house up with no surprise. If necessary, we will dispatch an engineer to guide.
Q4: Does this comply with city code?
The code compliance can only be guaranteed by the person who will review the drawings. We have had cases where one person classifieds a cabin as recreational structure and the other one as a residential structure. We'd be glad to email the drawings so that you can present them to the local building department.
