How to choose the size of the gearbox

You need to know the calculation of Output Rotating speed and Rated torque

No-load speed(Motor output speed after deceleration) = No-load input speed / Reduction ratio

Motor rated output speed = motor rated input speed / Reduction ratio ≈ No-load input speed / Reduction ratio * 80%
Rated torque(Output torque after motor deceleration) = Motor load torque * Reduction ratio * Gearbox efficiency
