Product Description
The lab bin blender is installed on a moveable bases. It is main part including machine frame, rotation system , electric control system , hopper etc.. The conical mixing hopper is mainly composed of hopper , hopper cover, ferrule , butterfly valve etc.
Feature of lab hopper mixer:
1. The mixing hopper and main machine adopt quick disassembled type connection with convenient installation and disassembly.
2. It can be equipped with different mixing hoppers to match requirement for laboratory tests without the necessary of frequent material transferring, material discharging etc.
3. It adopts PLC automatic control to carry out automatic mixing and positioning with user-friendly control and operation.
4. The machine is free from any dead corner of sanitation, the exposed parts are made of high quality austentic stainless steel , fully meeting the requirements for machine production in GMP.
