This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of retinol binding protein in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
It is used for the auxiliary diagnosis of nephropathies such as renal tubular loss, and increased concentration is seen in diseases such as decreased glomerular filtration rate, renal tubular dysfunction, and fatty liver caused by overnutrition, etc.Decreased concentration is seen in hepatic diseases such as vitamin A deficiency, hyperthyroidism, and acute viral hepatitis, etc.
