What is SPC FLOORING?
SPC means stone plastic composite. It also a kind of new floor appeared in recent years. In comparison, the stability of SPC is much better than other floors for its extrusion forming production technology. Inevitably, SPC is relatively harder than other floors. The density of SPC reached 1.9-2ton/m3. SPC is not only has the stable and reliable physical performances, but also the chemical indexes can meet international standards.
The SPC floorings' structure:
UV layer: Protects the product and enables easy cleaning and care.
Wear layer: Guarantees high durability and allows versatile application installations.
Color films: Offers multiple and unique product designs.
SPC Core: Improves product stability and increases strength while offering optimal indentation characteristics.
Foam: It is optional. This layer is generally made from IXPE or EVA foam, which provides sound insulation and cushioning.

A: Our SPC flooring is made in 100% new materials.
If you use for residential, we recommend 0.3 mm wear layer and the guaranty is 25 years.
If you use for commercial, we recommend 0.5 mm wear layer and the guaranty is 10 years.
2. Q: What's your MOQ? How many color I can choose?
The MOQ is one 20' container with 2-3 colors from the E- catalog.
If you quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500sqm per color from our stock color or 1000sqm from the E-catalog.
3. Q: Can you provide the floor accessories?
A: Yes. we also provide matching profiles such as skirting, stairnose, and kinds of underlayments (IXPE, EVA, Cork etc.).
4. Q: Are samples available?
A: Of course. Free sample is available. You can choose the samples directly from our stock, or we can do the sample according to your required color design.
5. Q: What is the average production time?
A: Our average production time is about 20-25 days.
6. Q: Can you offer packing designs as per customers' requests?
A: Yes, the customized boxes design is available.
7. Q: What is your terms of payment?
30% T/T deposit, the balance is paid at sight of the copy BL. L/C at sight. etc.
