Use centrifugal force to screen materials - Horizontal centrifugal screen
Horizontal centrifugal screen equipment, available in carbon steel, stainless steel, the screen is cylindrical, placed in the body, the material through the spiral conveying system, and centrifugal mixing, atomization into the net cylinder.
Through the wind wheel blade in the net cylinder, the material is subject to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion at the same time, so that the material is sprayed through the net and discharged from the fine material outlet, and the material that cannot pass through the net is discharged from the coarse material outlet along the net cylinder wall, which is suitable for screening materials with light specific gravity, many fibers and high static electricity.

Structural principle
The screen of horizontal centrifugal screen is cylindrical and placed in the body, after the material passes through the spiral conveying system, and the centrifugal mixes and atomizes into the net cylinder.
Through the wind wheel blade in the screen cylinder, the material is subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion at the same time, so that the material is ejected through the screen and discharged from the fine material outlet, and the material that cannot be discharged through the screen is discharged from the coarse material outlet along the wall of the screen cylinder.
