Our instant noodle machine is full automatic, noodle cake drop into fryer noodle box automatically .the machine
can make square or cup instant noodle cake, noodle cake weight usually from 35g to 100g , we have many
different models of instant noodle machine.

We use HAERBIN bearing, WANAN motor, GUOMAO speed reducer which are all chinese top class brand .
We also can use famous international brand parts if customer has special requirements. Like ABB or Siemens

1. What’s the difference between fried instant noodle and dried noodle ?
Fried instant noodle has oil ,we can put noodle into hot water and just wait 2-3 minutes,then can eator just eat noodle directly
without adding water. Dried noodle need be boiled.
2. Noodle shape and machine capacity ?
There are two shapes, square and round shape. Capacity is from 20,000 pieces to 300,000 pieces 8 hours. Workshop need 30 to 90 meters long .
3. Instant noodle line steam and electric consumption ?
Accord different capacity, steam comsumption is from 1000kg/hour to 3500kg/hour.
Electric consumption is from 40kw to 150kw .
