Operation Guide
1. Stopwatch: supports up to 99 minutes, 59 seconds and 99 milliseconds;
2. Count up: supports up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds positive timing. For example, to set a 10-minute timer, use the remote control to enter 10:00 and press the "OK" button, then press the "start" button to start timing at 00:00, and stop automatically at 10:00;
3. Countdown: supports up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds countdown. For example, to set a 5-minute countdown, you can use the remote control to input 05:00 and press the "OK" button, then press the "start" button, the timer will starts to count down from 5 minutes, and finally ends at 00:00.
4. Clock function. Supports 12/24 hour system for the actual time showing. H1 represents 24 hours display, H2 represents 12 hours display. The remote control can be used to switch between different display modes;
5. Alternate timing. Users can use it to set the timing of daily fitness activities. The training time is denoted by F, and the rest time is denoted by C, three groups of different timing methods can be saved in the three shortcut keys 1, 2, and 3 respectively. Just press the shortcut key, and edit corresponding traning time and resting time, then press the "start" button, and the corresponding set of time will start to run.
