A: Generally, we pack our products with stretch wrapping and plywood/metal pallet. If you need customized package, we also can do as your request.

A: Before placing the order and pay for the deposit, you are welcome to visit our factory, we are confident that you will be greatly impressed by what we have and what we can do. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the products.

A: 13 months after ETA.
Q11: How to deal with claims after sales?
A: Take photos or videos of the defective products and send to us, then we will analyze the reasons, if it’s quality problem we will deduct this amount from next order, or make new products for replacement and send immediately.
