Workshop for Steel Structures
At our workshop, we have a 3000W plasma cutting machine, 1500W and 2500W laser cutting machines, 350T and 1000T stretcher machines to make sure our producing capability. Steel Structures Production Process
All the steel structures, such as lighting poles, support for Robot arms, are under strict QC systems. All of them are hot-dip galvanized and powder coated.
LED Head Manufacturing
We have the automatic SMD mounting machine and reflow oven machine, each process has the quality controlling. And the lights have been done the optical testing to make sure the light can reach the isolux requirement.
Solar panel manufacturing
We cooperated with the top solar panel manufacturing organization, who can offer the top quality solar panels. Our solar panel can offer 12 years warranty and 25 years output 80%. Each panel was test by EL. 100% QC for each panel.
