It is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks with medium hardness or above. Cone crusher has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, convenient adjustment and economic use.The spring safety system of cone crusher is an overload protection device, which can make metal foreign matters pass through the crushing chamber without endangering the machine. Two sealing forms of dry oil or water are adopted to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil and ensure reliable operation. Working principle
The working part of the cone crusher is two truncated cones, one is the fixed cone 2 (also known as the outer cone) and the other is the moving cone 1 (also known as the inner cone), as shown in the figure. The fixed cone 2 is stationary and a part of the frame. The moving cone 1 is hinged at point O, and its lower end is movably inserted into the eccentric bushing. Therefore, the central axis OO 'of the fixed cone intersects with the central axis oo1 of the moving cone at an oblique angle. When oo1 rotates around OO ', the moving cone makes a partial rotation movement along the inner surface of the fixed cone. In the section where the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the material is squeezed, impacted and bent by the moving cone to become a crushing chamber; Where the moving cone deviates from the fixed cone, the crushed materials are unloaded from the cone bottom under the action of self weight.

The crushing cone sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the fixed cone to complete crushing and discharging. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the spring. When the crusher falls into non breakable objects such as metal blocks, the spring will produce compression deformation and discharge foreign matters, so as to realize insurance and prevent the machine from damage.
