Usage
This kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of rheumatoid factor in human serum in vitro.
Background of Clinical Indications
Increased: seen in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other connective tissue diseases (such as Sicca syndrome, scleroderma, polydermatomyositis) and chronic hepatitis. There is basically no or very low content in normal humans. Some healthy elderly people can also become mildly positive.
