It usually takes 3-7 working days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. For customized products, it depends on the time of making new tool and production status.

We can provide free sample to you but the shipping cost needs to be paid by your side.
6. How long can I get the custom product with my design?
Around 4-10 days are needed for making new mold/tool, around 3 days for making samples. Tool fee will be returned based on your order quantity.
