A2: We have our own QA and QC team. They will check on site and finished products to ensure
all details to meet our highest standard and the customer's requirements.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A3: We accept T/T. LC. Alipay.etc.
Q4: How long is your lead time?
A4: For stock or regular products, our lead time is 7 to 10 days. For custom-made products, our
lead time is 15 to 20 days.
Q5: What is your warranty?
A5: Our warranty is 12 months. Parts have free replacement excluding artificial damage in
Warranty. During warranty period, shipping cost of replacement products or parts are our
responsibility.Beyond the warranty period. we provide spare parts to customers at factory cost.
Q6: How about visiting your company?
A6: We welcome your visit at any time. Our factory locates in guangzhou, China.we are near to
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.We are warmly welcome customers from all over the
world to our factory.
Q7: Do you have a certificate for your product?
A7 :Yes,We have CE certificate of paint booth and car lifts.
Q8: Does the cost include freight?
A8 : Because of the different distance, the freight is also different. We have cooperation with
shipping company. if you need, we can check the freight for you.
Q9: What about the packing?
A9: We use wooden box.ron frame and cartons to protect the goods from damage during
transportation.
Q10: Have you exported to our country?
A10: From now on, we have did business with foreign friends from 128 countries. such as USA.
Canada. France. Australia,UAE. Norway, Sweden. India. Philppines and so on.
Q11: Can you supply OEM service?
A11: Yes, we can.Some client prefer that use their Logo, their color. And we are glad to help
them open their market.

A12: Yes. we can. And we have help many customers to start their body shops, some client from
UAE,.Thailand, Pakistan,etc.
