Q1. What is your sample policy? 
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock . The sample will be send in 2-3 days. For the new customers , the sample cost and courier cost will be charged . It would be refund in future orders .

Q2. Can youproduce according to the samples? 
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples based on your technical drawings. We can build the mold if necessary .

Q3. What is your terms of packing? 
A: Generally, we pack our goods in ploybag and brown cartons. If you have any other requirements for product packaging, such as changing the way of packaging ,adding the inner boxes, changing the packing rate, or customize the goods label information , you could contact us in advance . We will order the packing materials after your confirmation .

Q4. What is your terms of payment? 
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery? 
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF,DDU

Q6. How about your delivery time? 
A: For the products in stock, we will pack and deliver the goods within 5-7 days. For customized products, it will be arranged according to the items and the quantity of your order, usually around 30-35 days.
