High quality automatic carbon steel rectangular round tube mill line

This mill is intended to manufacture round pipe,square pipe, rectangle pipe, structure pipe as customer advise.

 

The production pipe is straight welding pipe,welding by High frequence Solid state Welder (for example Thermatool welder).Material is Steel strip,Steel Coil.

 

Pipe Production Range  from φ8~ φ630, Thickness from 0.3mm~19mm.Pipe standard: AIP,ASTM,BS,GB .

 

The mill is not standard products, can design and produce as customer requirement.

Finished product will be of round pipe, square and rectangle pipe.

 

The technical flow of the production line:

{SteelTape}→→ Double-head un-coiler →→Strip-head Cutter and welder→→Spiral accumulator→→Forming section (Flattening unit +Main driving unit +Forming unit +Guide unit +High frequency induction welding unit +squeeze roller) + De-burr frame →→Cooling unit →→ Sizing unit and straightener →→Cold saw under computer-control →→ Run-out table→→ Semi-auto Packing machine
