Yes, we can. Customized colors, sizes, designs and packaging are accepted by us.
2. What is the terms of samples?
(1) Single brushes: 3~5pcs can be offered for free.
(2) Brush set: under 10pcs can be offered for free. Above this Qty. requires samples fee (how much? It depends on the Qty. of
brushes).
But client needs to bear the freight cost as it is charged by the shipping company, not ours.
The samples fee can be returned back to you when placing orders (or will be deducted from the order directly with notice to you
before).
4. Do you have any certificates? Or your quality is reached the EU standard?
No certificate. But our products are reached the EU standard, we did the test report for our clients before.
5. Which shipping way is available and how to track?
(1) By sea to your nearest port
(2) By air to your nearest airport
(3) By express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT and EMS) to your door
When your order was shipped out, we will provide u the tracking No. then u can know clearly the status of the goods.
