1.What is your factory and where is the location?
We are a factory with over 15 years of experience in casting and CNC Machining customisation service. We are specialising in casting mould designing and making, die casting, CNC Machining and Packaging design. We are located in Deyang, Sichuan, only 1 hour away from Chengdu.
2.How to receive a quote?
We will need 2D and 3D drawings in PDF, CAD or STP format, quantity, packaging requirements and destination port to make a comprehensive quote for you.
3.How do you ship the products?
By Sea ,By Air ,By courier, TNT , DHL, Fedex, UPS Etc. It is up to you .
4.What is the average delivery time?
Sample usually takes about 30-60 days depending on product type. Bulk order usually takes about 35 days.
5.Payment terms.
For mold designing, we needd 50% of the payment upon orderm 50% after sample approval.
