High speed and high torque KOYO 6000 deep groove ball bearing
Deep groove ball bearings are generally composed of a pair of rings, a group of retainers and a group of steel balls. Its structure is simple, easy to use, production is the most common, the most widely used type of bearing.
This type of bearing is mainly used to bear radial load, but it can also bear a certain amount of axial load in any direction. When the radial oil clearance of the bearing is increased in a certain range, this kind of bearing has the property of angular contact ball bearing and can also bear a large axial load.
After deep groove ball bearings are installed on the shaft, the axial displacement of the shaft or shell can be limited to the axial range of the bearing. In the meantime, the shell holes and the shaft (or the outer ring and the inner ring) are tilted against each other (within the eight-16 rig, depending on the gap). Since there is tilt, it is necessary to reduce the service life of bearings.
