The filling machine is specially made for liquid with paste such as tomato paste, honey, jam, gel, peanut butter, oil etc. It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC program system to control. The machine adopts piston pump and for filling. By adjusting the position pump, it can fill all of the bottles in one filling machine, with quick speed and high precision.

Features:
(1) The combination machine adopts single chamber(isobaric) filling valve filling, bubble phenomenon can not occur during the filling process;
(2) The seal is formed by double roll edge spinning, frequency control, suitable for filling and sealing of all kinds of gas contained beverage. With stable filling, ample flow, high speed, accuracy filling, no can no filling, no leakage, the material cylinder of liquid level depth automatic control, cylinder automatic cleaning and disinfection, production speed continuously adjustable etc, applicable to 250ml-500ml can’s filling and sealing;
(3) Using PLC, frequency converter, man-machine interface control system. Through a variety of sensors on the device, the touch screen can display accurate filling speed and quantity, the filling speed can be set automatically according to user’s requirements.
