Small screening equipment suitable for laboratory use - Standard test sieve
Standard test sieve is a standard analysis sieve integrating powder particle classification and liquid filtration; it is suitable for precise analysis of particle size structure of granule and powder materials in laboratory and quality inspection room, and testing and analysis of liquid solid content and amount of debris. It has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency and high precision.
The use of new power generator, produce multi-far high-frequency vibration, efficient sieving samples; standard sieve body, to ensure high precision sample analysis; electronic time delay, can be set according to the need for the same material equal sieving time, to ensure the uniformity of the sample analysis data, to reduce the inspection error to a very low degree, so that product quality data accurate.
If it is ultra-fine powder material, ultrasonic system can be installed.

Structural principle
Standard test sieve is a vertical vibration motor as the whole machine vibration source, through the vibration motor drives the upper vibration plate vibration, and then through the vibration plate conduction to placed in the upper vibration plate sieve frame, and then by the need to detect the mesh sieve frame, the material particles smaller than the screen aperture sieve to the lower layer of the sieve frame.
So layer by layer screening, so that each layer of the test sieve only leave the same size of material, to achieve the separation of different size and determine the size of this material composition, so that the material in the sieve frame can be very effective for the purpose of filtration, classification, sieving.
