Refrigeration wire Evaporator
The refrigerator condenser is mainly have three type: Louver condenser,wire tube condenser and internal-mounted condenser. The
wire tube condenser is made of bundy tubes and steel wire tubes, it is to increase the heat dissipation area. Generally, thediameter of a bundy tube is 5-6 mm, the steel wire tube diameter is about 1.5 mm, and the steel wires pitch is about 4-5 mm. the
heat tansfer efficiency of wire tube condenser is better than louver condenser, and its strength and rigidity are also better.
Aidear wire on tube steel static condensers are composed by serpentines with electric welded wires on both sides. Products are
fully compliant with all refrigerating gasses: R600a, R290, R134a, R404a, R407C, etc. Wire on tube static condensers are also
compliant with R744 (CO2). Wire on tube static condensers are more suitable, in terms of performances, in narrow chimneys,
possibly closed on two sides and with 30 to 50 mm depth. Thanks to the quality of materials employed, Aidear wire on tube static
